So here I am! Newly married and on my way to getting in amazing pre prego shape!
I've decided to start this blog as sort of a little food diary and diet tips for my girlfriends!
A little bit about me right now (in case you already didn't know! hahaha)
5'3 and 120.5lbs
I haven't worked out in about a month! ugh and I've been so tired! I hate this!
Last Sunday I bought the GI Diet book and read it cover to cover!
AMAZING book and super easy read which was a definitely plus! I hate those complicated diet books!
I really would like to get down to 110 and be completely lean, no arm fat, no love handles!
Now I know what you are thinking...ummm Lizzie you aren't fat!! But to me this is not what I want to look like. And of course the main part is that I want to be completely healthy before I have my babies...so there!
