Food Log 8-13-10

Ok so today started out good! I carpooled with Ryan so he made us both oatmeal.
ok ok it was instant oatmeal which I actually am so against! Because its so over processed and also a big NO NO on the GI Diet but we were in a hurry so it had to do.

Peachy Clean Oatmeal
oatmeal
fresh sliced peaches
cinnamon
agave syrup
sprinkle of sliced almonds
splash of almond milk

OMG it's like heaven in a bowl!

So Ryan wanted to go out to lunch today and he wanted Pho! fuck what do I eat there!?

I had a vermicelli bowl, it was pretty good, considering I can't have pho because of the rice noodles.
It was massive and I tried not to eat a lot of the vermicelli because lets face it, it's still a carb!

Got home starved as usual so I had some stone wheat crackers with cashew butter. yummy snack!

Dinner I had a whole wheat burrito and quesdilla.

Burrito
whole wheat tortilla
ground turkey
soy cheese
black beans
mixed greens
hot sauce

Dessert was a small bowl of fiber cereal with peaches and almond milk.

Well that doesn't seem too bad... I even felt pretty skinny today, can't wait to weigh myself in the morning!
