Food Log 8-14-10

Ugh forgot to weigh myself this morning and I definitely felt skinnier! I hate that!

Ok so for bfast Ry and I went to Hobee's because we have nothing in the house and he was hungover.
It was 11:30 so we decided to get lunch! Which was great for me just one less meal time I have to worry about.

ABLT sandwich
Whole wheat bread (1 slice)
No mayo
Avocado
Turkey bacon
Cucumber
Side of black bean chili

Mmm I'm getting hungry all over again.

Snack
Handful of peanuts

Dinner was fun! We were both starved after a long productive day of painting and were craving mexican!

I'm in love with La Costegna!

Not only do they have whole wheat tortillas but they have brown rice too!

Burrito:
Whole wheat tortilla
Black beans
Brown rice
Grilled chicken
Grilled veggies
Guacamole
Lettuce
Salsa

Yummy!
Oh and the best part! I cut it in half so I can have the rest for lunch tomorrow!! Yeee!

PS
Never eat an entire burrito they can literally be up to 1000 calories!

Dessert was my guilt free yogurt delight!
